Who: Epson will be participating in the upcoming TLMI printTHINK Summit in Chicago that brings TLMI (Tag and Label Manufacturers Institute) members and non-members together to support the needs of converters’ operational, technical and business staff. The Summit offers 15 sessions with concentrated content in five major areas – color management, future of operations, inkjet, UV vs. LED, and workflow.
What: Epson will be participating in a session that looks at bringing digital inkjet into a label and packaging shop. Titled, “You bought inkjet… now what?,” the seminar covers the unexpected effects new inkjet technology has on different aspects of a converter’s business, and addresses some of the less obvious adjustments needed in areas such as pre-press, at the operator level, in the sales team, in finishing, and in shipping and billing.
