Cardinal Office Products Delivery
Policy
Cardinal Office Products has
implemented a new delivery policy, effective 4/1/08.
(1) Customers in Tippecanoe County, Indiana
All orders will need to be over
$35.00 to be delivered. The one
exception to this rule is a case of copy paper.
All orders will be delivered within one business day of your order, with
a 2% Fuel Surcharge. If your order is
under $35.00, you have the option to pick your items up at our office, or pay
to have them sent UPS.
(2) Customers in Cass County, Indiana
All orders will need to be over
$25.00 to be delivered. The one
exception to this rule is a case of copy paper.
All orders will be delivered within one business day of your order, with
a 2% Fuel Surcharge. If your order is
under $25.00, you have the option to pick your items up at our office, or pay
to have them sent UPS.
(3) Customers outside of those
two counties
All orders will need to be over
$35.00 to be delivered. The one
exception to this rule is a case of copy paper.
All orders will be delivered within two or three business day of your
order, with a 2% Fuel Surcharge. If your
order is under $25.00, you have the option to pick your items up at our office,
or pay to have them sent UPS.
Cardinal Office Products Return
Policy
If you are not satisfied with
your Cardinal Office Products purchase, simply return it to us in the complete
and original packaging (together with all accessories and manuals) with your
original sales receipt, invoice, or packing slip within 60 days of the date of
purchase. We will gladly replace or repair the item, or return your money. Any assembled furniture cannot be returned.
